The Line-up

The Standards are familiar and always around. Jam Session happens once in a while, to experiment and try things out, grab them while they are still here, because once they are gone, they may not return.

YArdbird Vanilla

Made with vanilla beans, its a bit of an acquired taste, especially for those not used to the gentle taste of real vanilla. But we find that this is the flavor we keep coming back to again and again.

The Standards

CHOCOLATE TRANE

Made with vanilla beans, its a bit of an acquired taste, especially for those not used to the gentle taste of real vanilla. But we find that this is the flavor we keep coming back to again and again.

The Standards

Dizzy Pina Colada

Brings you into a tropical mood with its harmonious blend of pineapple, coconut and rum. Really nice balance of creamy sweetness and tart, enjoy with shades on a sunny day.

Jam Session

Long Tall Chocolate Whisky

Dedicated to Mr. Dexter Gordon, whose perfect blending of rhythm with grace in his playing (and acting) is what this flavor reminds us of. Enjoy with Mr. Bertrand Tavernier’s 1986 film Round Midnight. One side note, we like to add more whisky and stir to make it into a boozy milkshake.

Jam Session

Tony's Salted Caramel

Only way to top something you love, is to add on top something else you also love. That’s what we did here for our friend Tony by adding his choice of Kentucky bourbon to his favorite flavor of ice cream. You get a sweet, salty and a hint of oak, leaving a sublime balance in your mouth. The only downside, you don’t know when to stop.

StarTree Exclusive Jam Session

Lemon Desmond

Cool, smooth and fun, like Paul Desmond‘s saxophone playing in Blue Rondo a la Turk, which is the prefect paring for this flavor. But don’t be mistaken in thinking that this flavor (like what some might say about Cool Jazz) is smooth and mild. This is definitely not for those who can’t stand the punch of sourness in their tastebuds.

The Standards

Prez' Mocha

Can a more harmonious threesome be found then between coffee, chocolate and milk? well, the answer is yes, when you freeze those three strong individuals into an ice cream. Its flavorful, smooth and suave, just like the Prez himself, and the flavor to eat if you were going to have ice cream for breakfast (like we often do)..
