今年的文旦，還沒等到中秋，就被一場強風提前帶落。
麻豆「柚一村」的果園裡，一夜之間鋪滿了未來本該上桌的滋味——落果高達八、九成。
我們不想讓努力消散。
BaganHood 與 Bebop 聯手，把拾起的文旦進行「皮肉分離」，急速冷凍鎖住果瓣最鮮活的香氣，與芒果的陽光甜、椰奶的柔和脂感重新調和。
於是，今年的中秋限定：南風吹柚生。

This year’s Wendan pomelos were knocked down by the summer typhoons, before Mid-Autumn even arrived.
Overnight, Madou’s “You-Yi-Village” orchards were carpeted with fruit that should have graced our tables—losses reached 80–90%.
We refuse to let their hard toil go to waste.
BaganHood and Bebop joined forces: we gather the fallen pomelos, separate peel from pulp, and flash-freeze to lock in the freshest aroma of each segment, then blend it anew with mango’s sunlit sweetness and the gentle creaminess of coconut milk.
And so, this year’s Mid-Autumn limited release: Southwind, Pomelo Reborn.

Mango Coconut Pomelo × 2 cups (3.5 oz)
Fallen Wendan pomelos reborn × mango sunshine × the gentle aroma of coconut milk.
The first taste is a lifted, delicate Wendan pomelo fragrance; then ripe, golden mango takes the stage; the finish is softly tied together by coconut milk—like a warm south wind. This is more than ice cream: it’s a “no-waste” mindset and a message to our growers— we’re here.
Lemon Guava Tea × 2 cups (3.5 oz)
Guava, lemon, and green tea are a match made in heaven. Sweetness, acidity, and a hint of pleasant bitterness are perfectly balanced—the ideal antidote to summer heat. If you enjoy it as a drink, you should really try the frozen sorbet version.
Summer Mango Purist × 2 cups (3.5 oz)
A test flavor that wowed us—it tastes just like eating fresh frozen mango (you can even feel the fibers). It was a hit at tastings, so we’re releasing it in limited quantities. Try it while you still can!
Passion Fruit Tea × 2 cups (3.5 oz)
The vivid tartness of passion fruit bursts open on the first sip, followed by its natural sweetness, then finishes with the rounded body of green tea—leaving a lingering fruit-tea note on the palate.
