When Hank, the mixologist over at Bar Bridge expressed interest to use Bebop to create a series of icy cocktails, we were quite glad, because it was an idea we had had for a while, happy now with Hank and Bar Bridge’s help, we could finally put it to the test.
Hank created three cocktails using Bebop, for Donut Jass, he stuffed our Pina Colada flavor ice cream into a red velvet donut to pair with a sweet and sour liquid using Hven’s organic black current vodka.
For Moonshine, Hank used our Lemond Desmond flavor to make a icy mooncake, pairs it with liquid made with Edinburgh gin topped with tonic foam. After placing the mooncake on top, the drink is garnished with sakura petals.
For the Special Moscow Mule, a generous scoop of our Pina Colada is added to a delicious Roscoe Mule made with Dead Man Finger’s spiced rum, turning this classic cocktail into a icy dessert.
Foodies and cocktail lovers were able to enjoy these icy cocktail during the summer months at Bar Bridge.
