Sugar Pea Red Velvet

Sugar Pea, a much celebrated brunch cafe, helmed by by award-winning chef Sandy Yoon, who served as the executive chef from Mercato in Shanghai. Sugar Pea’s cuisine features mostly organic, wholesome ingredients, from pancakes, quinoa bowls, avocado toast, chicken salad, and red velvet cake, which Bebop got an opportunity to work with chef Sandy on, where we took the red cake base, and blended with lemony flavored cream cheese base ice cream, creating a much loved limited time flavor that sold-out short after each release.

To promote the flavor, Bebop also worked with chef Sandy’s other cafe AVENUE on a special event to launch the flavor, where invited guests were able to not only taste the new red velvet flavor collaboration, but also enjoy Bebop’s other flavors paired with chef Sandy’s delicious desserts and treats.
